I pledge to prioritize three things that cannot be separated: care for myself, care for my community, and care for the environment we all share.

I recognize that self-care, connection, and stewardship of the earth are not competing priorities — they feed one another. When I tend to my own well-being, I have more to give the people around me. When I invest in my community, I am held by something larger than myself. When I care for the environment, I protect the conditions that make all life — including my own — possible.

I commit to learning what my body and life actually need, to showing up for the people I love and the community I belong to, and to treating the earth as the living system that sustains us all. I choose this not as an act of selfishness or sacrifice, but as the most responsible thing I can do — for myself, for each other, and for the world we're building together.
